Sharon is a licensed Independent Adjuster with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, and specializes in handling complex specialty liability claims, including medical malpractice, professional liability, product liability, environmental impairment liability, and directors’ and officers’ liability. In addition, her practice is largely focused on the analysis and interpretation of insurance policies to determine the availability of coverage to insured entities to respond to liability claims.

Sharon started her career at the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants handling professional liability claims against chartered accountants in-house. She then worked as an Executive Independent Adjuster at a boutique adjusting and claims management firm in Toronto for over 10 years, where she gained experience and expertise in different areas of professional liability claims, as well as other genres of Specialty Risks claims. In 2018, she, along with other partners, established the Canadian adjusting arm of a global legal firm, where she broadened the scope of her experience and expertise in the role of Director, Special Risks. In 2023, Sharon proudly became one of the founding partners of Bespoke Adjusting & Claims Management.

Stephen is a licensed Independent Adjuster with over 34 years of experience in the insurance industry, including 19 years as a Branch Manager at a large international independent adjusting firm. He specializes in handling liability claims, including construction project specific wrap-up liability, municipal liability, event specific liability, and commercial general liability. Stephen also has extensive experience in negotiating the resolution of claims, through mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

In 2018, he, along with other partners, established the Canadian adjusting arm of a global legal firm, in the role of Director, General Liability. In 2023, Stephen proudly became one of the founding partners of Bespoke Adjusting & Claims Management.

Steve is a fully licenced Independent Adjuster with over 28 years of experience in the insurance industry. His career also included time on the underwriting side of the business, giving him a more in-depth understanding of the industry, from the issuance of policies, to the claims that arise, and the resolution of those claims. Steve specializes in handling liability claims with a focus on construction project wrap-up liability, ski hill liability, and commercial general liability. Steve has extensive mediation and settlement negotiation experience, and takes a very proactive approach to work with all parties involved to move his claims towards a positive resolution.

Steve was a founding director of a Canadian adjusting division of a large global legal firm from 2018 to 2023, and is now very happy to be part of the Bespoke Adjusting & Claims Management family.
